Are you passionate about hospitality and looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment? Southside Bistro is based in the heart of Sunnybank food hub, we are hiring for multiple positions. We’re looking for:
- All Rounder Wait Staff
- All Rounder Barista
- Assistant Manager

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- The ability to work under pressure, stay organised, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and a willingness to learn on the job.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing duties
- Able to work alone on some shifts
- Able to work on weekends and nights
- Operating coffee machines (training provided)
- Managing peak-hour demand
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality (preferred but not required)
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy setting
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong team spirit
