ABOUT US
We are about to open our new venture – Pablo’s Pantry in Woolloongabba. We are a cafe, deli and wine bar (friday and saturday nights). Our focus is on providing customers with a welcoming and comfortable environment where they can enjoy delicious coffee, greek food and fantastic Australian wine.
We serve Good Bean coffee and have multiple blends and styles of coffee on offer for our customers. Our goal is to put a coffee in every customer’s hand that suits them and their preferences and our skilled baristas undergo significant training so they can nail each coffee they make.
ABOUT THE JOB – Barista
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven people to join our team. At Pablo’s Pantry, we want our crew to enjoy engaging with our customers and building those relationships with them. It will be a small team so it is important for our staff to have good teamwork skills and the ability to bounce off and support each other. For those who have barista experience or want to learn more about coffee we offer ongoing training and support. We believe that there are always ways to improve our product and our team loves to play with coffee in the pursuit of trying to get better.

- Have previous experience working as a barista (if not, that’s all good! we will provide you all you need to know)
- Enjoy working in a busy team environment
- Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships with customers
- Are motivated to learn and adapt to new ways of working

- Have previous experience working as a kitchen hand (if not, that’s all good! we will provide you all you need to know)
- Enjoy working in a busy team environment
- Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships with customers
- Are motivated to learn and adapt to new ways of working
We are looking for multiple staff, both those who would like to do a lot of hours, as well as casuals who may want a shift or two to fit in with their life.
