Banneton Bakery is looking for a Barista/Café All Rounder to join our team.

A casual position has just opened and we can offer from 2 to 4 shifts per week depending upon availability.

This position is for our Woolloongabba and Camp Hill locations.

Banneton Bakery is a specialised Sourdough Bakery/Cafe/Patisserie.

No night work is involved, but weekends and early mornings starts are part of the gig.

The ideal candidate must have the following:

Strong Barista skills (minimum of 2 years with very regular practice). Appreciate good food.
Be Customer Service/Retail focused.
Be fully accountable for their roles.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, staff members and management.
