About the Role: We’re seeking a friendly and energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee, assisting with front-of-house duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency.
Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a warm, welcoming manner.
Assist with food preparation, service, and general restaurant duties as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and workstations.
Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years experience as a barista with strong coffee-making skills (latte art).
A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch customer service.
Flexibility to work busy periods as required.
