Responsibilities for barista

• Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
• Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
• Greet customers and provide exceptional face to face customer service
• Take customer food orders, prepare food, and stock vending machine
• Assist customers with cafe purchase needs and inquires
• Accept/process customer payments for cafe purchases
• To ensure all displays, counters and seating areas comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirements, including but not limited to Food Information Regulations and Reference Intake labelling

Qualifications for barista

• Available to work varying shifts during the hours of operation.
• Self starter, reliable and have the ability to work independently
• Prolong standing able to stand during entire shift
• Be flexible to work across a 7 day/week roster, including afternoon/evening shifts when required
• Be passionate about quality and providing an outstanding & genuine service
