Barista

About This Job

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and energetic barista to join our small café team!

Your main role will be making great coffee and providing friendly customer service, while helping with front-of-house and basic kitchen tasks when needed. A positive attitude, being quick on your feet and a willingness to help are essential.

The ideal person will:
• Be available to work both Tuesdays and Fridays — this is essential
• Ideally have at least 6 months of barista experience in Australia
• Be confident making coffee and working efficiently during busy periods
• Have a friendly and positive attitude
• Be reliable, responsible and proactive
• Work well in a small team
• Have good communication and customer service skills
• Be happy to help with front-of-house and basic kitchen tasks when needed

We are a small team, so everyone plays an important role in keeping the café running smoothly.

Pay rate and hours are negotiable depending on your experience and availability.
