BAKER/BAKERY ASSISTANT REQUIRED

Leavain Bakery is seeking an experienced baker to joinour team! We are an organic wholesale bakery located in Coopers Plains. We supply to various cafes and restaurants throughout Brisbane City and surrounding suburbs.

We are seeking a qualified or experienced baker dedicatedto providing high quality products with experience in the artisan bakery environment or the ability to adapt. This position is for afternoon/evening shifts working 30-38 hours per week.

The successful applicant will pose the following attributes:-

·Experience within an artisan bakery environment;

·Have sound knowledge on all bakery equipment including mixing and ovens;

·Be competent in all aspects of bread dough’s and table work;

·Strong work ethic;

·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

·Be able to work within a team environment;

·Attention to detail;

·Be reliable; and

·Must have own transport.
