Hi,

I have 13 years experience in culinary as a Chef and Also an Australian resident. I recently move to Melbourne. Classically trained in French cuisine.

Have experience in 5 star hotel, catering, bistro, and fine dining. Experienced from pastry section, breakfast, pass section , pans section, protein section, sauce section and fully knowledge in complex dietary requirements. Have passion teaching junior chef and have knowledge from French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisine. 

Can work solo or in a team. Able to do costing and menu design.
