Your new role
We are looking for an experienced and well-presented Area Manager to take ownership of an important position within our business. This position will see you responsible for effectively managing the day to day operations and client satisfaction whilst ensuring efficiency throughout the business. You will be required to ensure works are completed on time and to the highest standards, and meeting both our clients expectations and our own. You will be conducting inspections, liaising with both clients and cleaners, undertaking specific and ongoing training of staff and communicating daily and effectively with our Sales and Business Managers. You will lead and organise cleaners across multiple contracts and ensure customer satisfaction and contract compliance.

What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;

Previous experience within the cleaning industry
Outstanding Operational and Time Management.
Drive and willingness to succeed within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with all stakeholders at any level.
Great leadership skills and Staff Management experience.
Well organised, able to Forward plan and have the ability to be flexible and think on your feet.
You must have profound verbal and written communication skills.
High level of computer literacy and knowledge of most Microsoft office applications.
Experience in multi-site management.
Knowledge and ability to manage budgets
Reliable and Dependable.
Experience working with people from diverse National, Cultural and Linguistic backgrounds.
Knowledge of the Cleaning Industry, equipment, machinery and processes is an advantage but your work ethic and ability to work well within a team environment is paramount.

Hours: 9am – 5pm (Mon-Fri)
