About Us

The Lighthouse Restaurant is along established, award winning venue perched on Cleveland Point overlooking Moreton Bay including the surrounding islands. We pride ourselves on using local products to produce simple, tasty dishes. The Lighthouse has a large al a carte seafood Restaurant, cafe/bar and takeaway outlet. We are considered one of the premier venues in the area and have been recognised on a state and national level.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Chef to learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen. We will provide you with full training, the opportunity to contribute and excel, a fantastic team culture and amazing views of Moreton Bay, including North Stradbroke and Peel Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting section chefs and running a section. You will learn about the preparation and production of high-quality food in an award-winning restaurant and functions venue.
