We are seeking a talented and experienced barman who knows and understands how to make a wide variety of cocktails. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at a brand-new authentic restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, as well as other beverages.
• Ensure high standards of drink quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a barman or bartender.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be of legal drinking age.
