About This Job

Mount Cotton Sourdough Bakers is currently seeking Full-time Bakery Assistants/Supervisors to join our retail team.

We specialize in traditional Sourdough, Italian and French inspired Breads along with Gourmet Pies, Pastries, Quality Cakes and of course Coffee.

We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for all things coffee.

This role will require one weekend day

If you are a confident team player and have the below skills, we would love to hear from you:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail/hospitality
Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
Proven ability to achieve sales, wages & stock loss targets
Satisfy customer needs through product knowledge
Strong Communication skills
Barista experience is necessary
A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style and presentation
Operation of POS Software
Availability to work weekends and Public Holidays
You will also need your own transport as public transport will not fit into our hours of business…
