About me

I have worked in the hospitality industry in some way for the last decade, with roles ranging from KP to sous chef across various cuisines and standards of output. I enjoy a fast paced atmosphere and learning new cooking styles and techniques, and have experience working as a part of large teams, leading smaller groups, and working alone. I also have bar and FOH knowledge, and would love to explore working in these areas also.
