We’re seeking a high volume experienced Barista / All Rounder. This is a recruitment for 2 stores, Chermside & Stafford

Be available to accommodate a 7-day roster from open to close. Especially on Weekends and Public Holidays.

What is the role?
You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience by providing great customer service.
You will be also be responsible for making coffees & drinks, waiting tables duties, food preparation, cash handling, cleaning and ensuring the store remains at the highest level of hygiene.
This is a casual position with up to approximately 38 hours per a week for the right candidate. Juniors with 2 years experience are welcome to apply (Junior rate of pay will apply)
About you:
Minimum 2 years barista experience.
Recently worked in a similarly high volume café (6-8kg per shift).
Available to accommodate a 7 days rotating roster from open to close.
Hospitality focus and not have any other career or study commitments.
Excellent customer service is in your DNA.
Willing to learn and perform duties in other areas of the Cafe.
Able to fill shift on short notice.
You’re 100% committed to excellent coffee.
People oriented and great at multitasking.
Live locally or a reasonable distance on the Northside of Brisbane.
Strong communicator and a team player.
Willing to learn and be trained in other aspects of the café.
Willing to work at either Chermside or Stafford.
