1889 Enoteca restaurant in Woolloongabba is looking for a Chef de Partie with immediate start.

Salary Package $70.000 plus superannuation and ‘in house’ discount

Job duties include:

communicate efficiently with front of house managers
preparing for service, which includes ensuring the kitchen is well stocked with the necessary ingredients, as well as cleaning, cutting and marinating food
cooking and serving food, while coordinating with other kitchen staff and wait staff
maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen
creating new dishes and planning menus
ensuring that dishes meet high standards at all stages of preparation and presentation
hiring and training junior chefs
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 – $73,430.57 per year
